Refund Policy

Refund Policy Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads (Neptune Chart Packs and Software), all sales are final once the digital content  has been accessed or downloaded. Eligibility: We offer a 14-day refund period if the digital product has not been downloaded, or if there is a verified technical defect that prevents the software from functioning as described. How to request a refund: Please contact us at sales@neptunenavigation.co.uk  with your order number. Refunds are processed by Neptune Navigation Software via our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. You may return a stock product, even if it has been correctly supplied in accordance with your order, within 7 days. If you have received hardware or media and that it is not in a damaged condition it will be replaced without charge. If you wish to return any product, other than as above, you must obtain the prior consent of Neptune Navigation.
